This last week on the 19th, we started the Fat Dad Thin Dad training. We were looking for ways to lose inches versus weight. In order to have rapid weight loss, you have to do one of two things. Both if you really want to lose weight faster. Ready for them…here they are - move your body more and don’t eat so much. What do you think of when you hear the phrase “Free Online Diets”? Do you really think they are going to be good for you and your long term health? It is usually the freebies that are the ones to watch out for, right? Why do we give you this warning? Quite simply the challenge is that the diet plan is so ridiculous that you would have to be a moron to follow it.

How Do These Free Online Diets Work?

Here’s what we at Fad Diet TV have discovered. Typically the meal plans are extremely limited to the point that you are literally starving your body. Some cycle eating and starving to “trick” your body. The free ones are usually an intro into getting you to buy into a more expensive diet program in hopes that you will look at the free one and say maybe I should get more details on how this works.

Fad Diet TV found a great example of a program which shows you how it works in hopes that you will order it from their site. Check out this promotional video.
