Just Ignore The Warning Signs
If you don’t care if you may lose your hair, your teeth, and eventually your health and possibly die, then go ahead and ignore the warnings that every health care professional will tell you related to anorexia. Understand it is not a good thing, but if you must do it, then we found a video that illustrates just how scrumptious this diet program can be for you. Fad Dad Thin Dad Report - Week One

Week One Results
Week One has come to an end and the results are in…I know that some people may wonder how this is possible, but these are the facts.
Waist - Lost 1 1/4 inch, Chest - lost 1 inch, Arms - lost 1/4 inch on each arm, Thighs - lost 1/2 inch on each thigh. For A Total inch loss of 3 3/4 inches
Not bad for the first week. I hope you noticed that I measure my progress in inches lost because weight doesn’t matter. It is how big or bulky your body is that really matters. Who cares what you weight is as long as you easily fit into your favorite pair of clothes that make you look great. Will I be able to keep up this type of inch loss? Probably not. Usually the first couple of weeks is the largest reduction. That is why you want to take advantage of this and use the loss as a motivation for the next week.
Review of Fat Dad Thin Dad Weekly Objective
Last week I had a birthday weekend celebration for my wife in Dallas. We had fun and didn’t over do anything. I ate according to my health management program (see my post from Saturday) and did my 2-a-days for exercise. In fact I liked the fact that I got to use 3 different pieces of exercise equipment. I noticed my pants on Sunday were a little looser than normal and was really surprised to find I had lost as many inches as I had.
This next week, my objective is to do more of the same except I am not going on any trip. The focus will be to eat fresh fruits and vegetables along with my meatatarian life style. Yesterday I had a meatatarian salad which was two pieces of ham, two strips of bacon, two link sausages, and two eggs over easy. I cut them all up into small pieces and mixed them together.
Why are you eating these types of foods?
Here’s a little secret. I have taken time to find out what makes my body work most effectively. That is why diets don’t work. By focusing in on these types of foods and exercising the way I do, I know what the end result will be - because I have done it before.
Why Are You Losing Inches So Quickly?
Because when you give your body what it wants and needs (this is different for every “body”), it will go back to its normal mode of operation. I have found my body likes fresh fruit & vegetables and lots of meat. It also needs a ton of cardio in addition to the normal workout. Whether I like it or not, that is how my body functions. I have run test after test and when I put this combination together for me, it works.
Every “Body” Is Different
People may ask about whether you need long cardio workouts or certain eating plans. The real answer is that every one is unique. That is why you should find out what works for you. Ask you health care professional which would be the best plan to test and monitor the results. Not working, let your health care professional know so they can recommend one that will. Remember that life is a test, but you only get one life. So enjoy it to the fullest and don’t fall for all the crap in this diet industry. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

What do you think of when you hear the phrase “Free Online Diets”? Do you really think they are going to be good for you and your long term health? It is usually the freebies that are the ones to watch out for, right? Why do we give you this warning? Quite simply the challenge is that the diet plan is so ridiculous that you would have to be a moron to follow it.
How Do These Free Online Diets Work?
Here’s what we at Fad Diet TV have discovered. Typically the meal plans are extremely limited to the point that you are literally starving your body. Some cycle eating and starving to “trick” your body. The free ones are usually an intro into getting you to buy into a more expensive diet program in hopes that you will look at the free one and say maybe I should get more details on how this works.
Fad Diet TV found a great example of a program which shows you how it works in hopes that you will order it from their site. Check out this promotional video.

Fat Dad Thin Dad Update

In case you are wondering, I haven’t forgotten about Fat Dad Thin Dad Series. I ended up having to go on a trip this weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday. No, Fat Dad didn’t mess up on his program in becoming Thin Dad. I thought it would be good to send a quick update on how to deal with unexpected changes in plans.
Stay With The Plan
Regardless of what you may think, it is always best to stay with your original plan. For me, it was how I would eat and exercise. Here’s what I did. I went to the store prior to leaving and bought the food and drink I wanted to have and didn’t have to be dependent on what is available at the last convenience store. When did you ever find a healthy eating choice there?
Exercise was easy. I selected a hotel based both on location and their exercise equipment availability. Instead of just going to any hotel, I got online and looked up what I wanted. I still haven’t missed a beat in exercising. In fact, I actually benefited because it casued my body to exercises in a different way. I got to test out other cool exercise equipment without having to buy it.
What About Eating Out?
Since I don’t have a super restrictive diet, this hasn’t been too difficult. When you are a meataterian, all I look for is places that have meat and lots of it. I have cut down on the normal amount of bread which is my down fall. Overall I think this weekend will turn out just great both for meeting the Fat Dad Thin Dad goals and spending a great time with my wife.
