Today we want to give you a free online diet program that can make a major difference in your life. Yes, it is totally free, but there is a catch. You have to follow it in order for it to work. Yeah, the moans are pretty load now. Follow the program? Why would you want to do that? It all depends on what results you really want to have.

Specifics of Free Diet Plan

The details are pretty simple and I have seen the results first hand. I went to see a friend of mine and discovered that he had lost a lot of weight. I asked him how he did it. His answer shocked me as the program he followed was very simple. Ready? Here goes. He decided to stop driving to work each day during daylight savings time days of the year. Instead he rides his bike. I asked him if he changed his eating habits and he said he really didn’t change a whole lot in that category.

What Does This Diet Plan Cost?

The cost was time. It took him a little longer to get to work each day, but the end result was amazing. Basically in the Spring, Summer, and Fall, he rides twice a day and takes the winter off. Hey this is a diet program with a break. He didn’t over eat while doing this and the simple principle of getting your body moving worked like a charm.

What About You?

What small thing could you change in your life that could have drastic results? My friend increased his drive to work from about 10 minutes to 30 minutes each way. That small change, I believe it is called a baby step made all the difference. What baby step are you willing to take today? Why not share things that you have done that made a difference.

No Food Diet

One of the most popular fad diets out there is the concept that you can lose weight by starving yourself. Yes, you can drop pounds using this method but usually this weight is not fat but muscle. Other challenges are that it slows down your body’s metabolism and then all bets are off. The biggest downside we have discovered with this approach to dieting is that many times it leads to anorexia.

Here is a great video that explains the No Food Diet and hopefully you can see the irony from this fad diet approach.

How many times have you tried this type of fad diet?

Here are the results that we have discovered using this no food diet. You lose weight quickly but about70% of the weight loss is fat. When you go back to normal eating habits, the weight comes back. However this time, my clothes don’t seem to fit the same way. The reason was that each time we did this cycle, we lost muscle and gain back fat with the same or more weight. Now my overall body fat is greater which makes my total body volume bigger even though I weigh the same.

Maybe We Should Call It The Quick Way To Fatness Diet

The final analysis for this fad diet approach - only do it if you want to wear larger clothes when you are done. Yes, you heard me right. This fad diet will just make you fatter than you currently are when all is said and done. This is why it is important not to measure your progress in weight but in inches. Who cares what you weigh when all you really want is to fit in that size 6 dress or those skinny jeans or just look good in your bathing suit.

What have your results been on the no food diet? Post your comments and share them.

Exercise Tips On Losing Weight

Exercise and Diet

The two most overlooked items in weight loss today. However, when proper put together, they can be very effective. The biggest challenge is getting the right mix for your body. Most people think that they can just follow a standard program without any side effects. That is not always the case.

Check out today’s video. You never know what you might be up against when you go to the gym. That’s why I like to work out at home.

What about you? Have you ever experienced this for real at the gym?

I know I have as I was the person doing it. It seems when you make a drastic change in your eating habits, you body rebels in a big way. My challenge was I was attempting to qualify for the Naval Academy and I had a Commander in the Navy who was my Blue & Gold Officer holding my feet while I did as many sit ups as I could in 60 seconds. Yes, you guessed it. Every sit up was followed by a nice “toot”. After about ten sit ups, the Commander said, “Stop, I think you have passed this test.” Wonder why?

Exercise Tip of the Day

Here’s my tip…don’t let people hold your feet when doing a time trail for sit ups. It’s not a pretty picture and the holder my pass out as you set a new record. :)

What’s story do you have to share about your gym experience? Post it in the comments.
