This last week on the 19th, we started the Fat Dad Thin Dad training. We were looking for ways to lose inches versus weight. In order to have rapid weight loss, you have to do one of two things. Both if you really want to lose weight faster. Ready for them…here they are - move your body more and don’t eat so much. If you actually applied these two principles you would save a lot of money and be healthier. Don’t believe us? Well, then we have found another video to illustrate our point.

What do you think of when you hear the phrase “Free Online Diets”? Do you really think they are going to be good for you and your long term health? It is usually the freebies that are the ones to watch out for, right? Why do we give you this warning? Quite simply the challenge is that the diet plan is so ridiculous that you would have to be a moron to follow it.
How Do These Free Online Diets Work?
Here’s what we at Fad Diet TV have discovered. Typically the meal plans are extremely limited to the point that you are literally starving your body. Some cycle eating and starving to “trick” your body. The free ones are usually an intro into getting you to buy into a more expensive diet program in hopes that you will look at the free one and say maybe I should get more details on how this works.
Fad Diet TV found a great example of a program which shows you how it works in hopes that you will order it from their site. Check out this promotional video.

Follow Diet Plan Instructions

One of the things that a lot of people do is attempt to follow a diet, but they cut corners. You know what I mean? You sneak a piece of cake here, a donut there, and you miss your exercise time because you got busy. Before you know it, a month or two has past and you say, this doesn’t work.
Importance Of Following Instructions
If you don’t follow the instructions, you could end up with a mess on your hands. Doctors tell their patients that they should do this and that, but it is up to the patient to follow what the doctor told them. If you don’t, you risk injuring your health and even death. Yikes!
Fad Diet TV found a great video to explain the importance of doing this. However, it relates to giving your dog the right type of food so they don’t over eat. Check it out.
