This last week on the 19th, we started the Fat Dad Thin Dad training. We were looking for ways to lose inches versus weight. In order to have rapid weight loss, you have to do one of two things. Both if you really want to lose weight faster. Ready for them…here they are - move your body more and don’t eat so much. Many people go on fad diets every day. They know that they need to lose some weight but don’t want to invest the time and effort to doing it the correct way. Instead they look for a short cut to losing weight and theoretically getting fit. Some turn to fat loss pills while others go on such crazy diets that it makes you wonder why any one would want to do it.

Fad Diet TV came across a strange diet that requires you to starve your self. In fact, we discovered yet another banned video because the results from going on this diet were not fully proven by the FDA. Check out the video and see for your self.
